What can I expect during the in-person consultation?

Before we arrive at your home, we ask that you complete a brief questionnaire so that we are prepared to address your vision and needs. During our consultation we walk will through each space you would like addressed, review storage options and take measurements. We will then provide a detailed project summary and estimate within five business days.

Do I need to be there when you come to my home? 

The first step in achieving an organized space is saying goodbye to what you no longer use. We ask that you be there when we arrive so that we can assess items you use versus what can be donated. Once this process is complete, we can work independently.

Can you organize with containers that I have on hand, or do I need to purchase containers through you?​

If your containers work, with the plan for your newly simplified space, we are happy to use them. However, for consistency and aesthetic purposes you may decide to use our recommended containers. We've spent hours scouring stores and researching what we believe are the most versatile, quality storage containers and baskets. If you start with containers that are readily accessible, it’s easier to add to and rearrange your space over time. Quality containers are an upfront investment but if cared for properly they will last a long time. We have had some of our containers for 10-15 years. If you choose to purchase containers through us, we will provide a line item cost for each one. Shopping for containers may incur an additional fee.

We’ve journeyed through many phases of life together - starting as newlyweds in our first homes, welcoming babies and reimagining our living spaces to suit the needs of our growing families and even assisting aging parents with downsizing. Along the way, we've discovered solutions that work, often after testing a few that didn’t. We see organization as an investment in both your home and your well-being. Our goal is to help you organize your spaces the right way from the start, so you can focus on what matters most in your life.​​​​

Can you help me unpack and get settled after a move?

Yes! We can unpack and organize the rooms in your new house. In fact, helping clients settle into their new homes in an organized fashion is one of our favorite things.

What is your cancellation policy?​​

We require a 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment or a consultation fee will be incurred.

Will you drop my donations off?

​Yes, we can drop your donations and mail the receipt to you.

Are you licensed and insured? ​

Yes. We are licensed and have liability insurance.
